Chakra Balancing

Reduce stress while bathing in the subtle yet powerful healing energy of Reiki.

Each Session is uniquely designed in the moment. Below is a general layout.

*Enjoy pulling a card prior to your session while intuitively choosing which essential oils you feel called work with.

*Meditation and song follow as the freshly charged crystals are placed upon and surrounding the body.

*Then comes the Reiki Bath. Breath deep and allow the energy to move through you, clearing away any blocks and bringing you into a state of peace and harmony. During this time, with permission, I share anything that is intuitively coming through that may help the healing work go deeper.

*Once the Reiki Bath is complete, each Chakra is charged with the Chakra Tuning Forks.

*Feel your energy being cleansed and restored as you are smudged with sage and sound.

Tarot, Tea & Energy

These sessions begin with some tea and a chat. What is needing to be addressed? What are you seeking clarity on?

With an understanding of what you are seeking, you will then receive a Tarot reading to help guide you on your journey.

*Note: Tarot cards are bluntly honest, not always telling you what you WANT to hear but rather what you NEED to hear.*

With a deeper understanding of what you need, you will then relax into your energy healing session.

60 minute session: $88

Distance Reiki Sessions

Remain in the comfort of your own home while relaxing in the transformative energy of Reiki.

Distance Reiki with Recording

You will be provided with suggested music to listen to during our scheduled session and are encouraged to bring any crystals with you into your sacred space.

During our session, you will relax in meditation while Reiki is sent directly to you. Set a gentle alarm to wake you from your meditation at the end of our session. After our session, I will relay to you any experiences, messages or insights I have gathered during the time of sending Reiki.

These sessions last 15-25 minutes.

Virtual Distance Reiki Sessions

These sessions are more interactive as we connect via Zoom for the duration of our session.

In these sessions, we will begin with some conversation to unearth your intentions and what you want to address (if you know).

We will then pull tarot cards to give us some insight into your inquiry and session.

Then, you can relax into your reiki session, placing any crystals you have on or around you.

Throughout the session I will relay to you which Chakra I am working with and any messages, visuals or sensations I am discovering there.

If needed, tuning forks are used at the end of the session followed by a visual meditation, gratitude to our guides and a cleansing of the energetic field.

Some time is allotted after our session to process through open conversation.

Private Small group Sessions

Healing in community ripples outward, creating waves of change throughout the world. Gather your people together and let’s be the change we wish to see.

60 minutes: $200 total (split between 1-6 people)

Medicine Drum Journey & Energy Clearing

Journey deep within yourself to uncover hidden blocks & wounds that prevent you from living in your highest vibration and potential.

In this intuitively guided journey, you will relax to the steady beat of the Deer Medicine Drum as you go within your sacred temple and connect with your personal spirit guides. Once you return from your journey, space is held for journaling & conversation to help process and integrate the experience and newfound knowledge. Before embarking into the world once more, you will be guided through an energy clearing meditation, complete with sound & smoke clearing.

45-60 Minute Session: $88

Tapping/ Emotional Freedom Technique

Release stuck emotions and internal blockages through this transformative and simple tapping technique. In these sessions we will dive into the depths of the emotion you wish to transform and release. You will meet it with love and allow it to blossom into something more positive and aligned with who you are now and who you are becoming.
